Yes, I confirm that Dell'Orto carburetor PHBH 28 BD 2T has the connection for engine oil mixing: you can install it on 2T motorcycle with direct engine oil hose.

L'ugello si vede un pò male perchè ha un tappino nero che si confonde con il carburatore comunque è sullo stesso lato della regolazione del minimo e dell'attacco tubo benzina: inserisco ulteriori foto dove forse riesce a vederlo meglio.
