This is a solo seat; yes you can use it with the stock fender.

Unfortunately I do not know the precise length of the seat but it is not that different from the original one because it fits on the bike without making modifications to the frame or other parts.
Siamo spiacenti ma questo prodotto è FUORI PRODUZIONE...non è più possibile fare domande!
